Darkroom doesn't save my photos

We've seen this question asked a number of times and our only experience with photos not saving is due to an interruption during the saving process. So, for example, if a user presses the home button on their iPhone while it is saving, there's a good chance the entire photo will not save. 

If this is not the case, please let us know and walk us through the details.

Darkroom v2.2 snaps photo & indicates it is saving the pic. When I navigate from Darkroom to the camera roll view the pic is not there. If I open Photos I see the photo thmbnail next to camera roll, but it is not in the camera roll view.

the same fault is happening to me and my wifes application. it happens to many times for the save to be intruped by pressing a button. i think the app crashes everytime we are trying to save a photo.

I can't get it to save my photos either. Unfortunately I did not check right away to see if they were saved, and lost many pics I thought I had from my family vacation.

My iPhone locks up completely if I am listening to music or a podcast (itunes)  then take a picture and select "use photo" .  It takes a hard reset and reboot to recover. 

I opened a support ticket and reported this today. 

I don't have any trouble if i don't have music playing in the background so make sure you don't combine the two when you save a photo.

I have this same problem every time I attempt to use the app. The phone isn't doing anything else. I am careful not to touch the iPhone for several minutes after taking the shot. It says it's saving, but soon the spinner freezes and the phone is dead. I have to restart.

It used to be slow, but I put up with it because sometimes the pictures were less blurry. Now I've removed it and am going back to the default application. I'll try again when I see the company putting out a release that claims to fix the issue.

This is going to get a poor rating in the app store 1) because of the permanent crash condition and 2) because of the introductory comment on this forum thread. It's a bad sign when the company blames the customer's actions for a failing in the product.

Well it's been over 3 months since the first post on this issue and the publisher has yet to respond with a fix. Why would anyone buy the premium version from such an unresponsive publisher????

It doesn't save my photos at all and im nt exiting frm d app at all! It's nt even taking pix on its own provided thst my hand is steady already! What's wrong?!!! Im so disappointed ciz I read that this app is good but I cnt even use it for low light envi! Pls help! Is it compatible with 3gs/ios4?

I'm experiencing the same problems. I cannot save my photos because the screen with the options between the camera roll and other software  appears just for a second and then the app crashes. Is it possible to fix this problem?
