Make sure your OS current.
In the mobile world, newer is better. We suggest keeping your OS
current as it may provide system fixes that may resolve issues found in
our apps.
Restart your device.
Every once awhile, your iPhone or iPod might feel overworked and it too
will need a coffee break. Restart your iPhone and run the app again.
This will likely resolve the issues you are experiencing.
Download and reinstall our app
Ok, so your iPhone or iPod loves the daily grind and doesn’t need a
coffee break, that’s okay. What you can do is try to download and
reinstall the app in question.
Ask for help
So, your Stepcase app just doesn’t want to behave. Head over to our
support portal to browse app-related help topics and/or submit your
question. Be sure to include details.
A note about Jailbroken devices
So your iPhone or iPod is a running rebel, we’re cool with that and
we’ll try to help out, but if it’s caused by unsupported Apple
software, we’ll have to pass.
